Welcome to Brunch n Blaze. By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending any Brunch n Blaze event (“Event”), you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

1. Age Requirement

• Brunch n Blaze is a 21+ event.

• A valid government-issued ID is required for entry.

• Guests without ID will be denied entry with no refund.

2. Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

• Tickets may not be resold or transferred without approval.

• Unpaid or pending reservations may be canceled at any time.

3. Guest Conduct

• Entry is limited to names listed on the official guest list.

• Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal with no refund.

• Guests must follow all staff instructions.

4. Cannabis Use

• Cannabis consumption is allowed only in designated areas.

• Guests are responsible for following all local/state cannabis laws.

• No illegal substances are permitted at any time.

• Brunch n Blaze is not responsible for any adverse reactions or incidents related to cannabis or alcohol use.

5. Liability Release

By attending the Event, you agree that Brunch n Blaze, its owners, staff, vendors, and venue are not liable for:

• Personal injury

• Property damage or loss

• Accidents or incidents

• Effects of cannabis or alcohol consumption

Attendance is at your own risk.

Expect to sign waivers before participating in certain activities.

6. Photography & Media Consent

• Photos and video may be taken during the Event.

• By entering, you consent to being included in promotional content.

• Guests who prefer not to be photographed should inform staff at check-in.

7. Event Changes or Cancellations

• Event details (location, time, activities, vendors) may change without notice.

• If organizers cancel the Event, refunds or credits may be offered.

• Weather and unexpected issues may cause last-minute changes.

8. Prohibited Items

The following are not permitted:

• Weapons

• Outside alcohol

• Illegal substances

• Pets (service animals allowed)

9. Vendor Rules (If Applicable)

• Vendors must comply with all setup instructions, deadlines, and regulations.

• Additional vendor agreements may apply.
