Brunch n Blaze – Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases for Brunch n Blaze are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Change of plans
-
Scheduling conflicts
-
Illness
-
Weather preferences
-
Failure to show ID at the door
Please ensure you are available and meet age requirements before completing your purchase.

2. Cancellations by Guest
If you choose not to attend, are unable to attend, or fail to arrive on time, no refund, credit, or transfer will be issued.

3. Event Cancellations by Organizer
In the rare case Brunch n Blaze must cancel the event due to:

Venue issues
-
Severe weather
-
Safety concerns
-
Operational emergencies
Guests will receive either:

A full refund, or
-
A credit toward a future event (organizer’s discretion)

4. Rescheduled Events
If the event is postponed or rescheduled:

Previously purchased tickets will automatically transfer to the new date.

If you cannot attend the new date, a credit may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

5. Payment Issues & Unpaid Reservations
Any ticket reservations made without completed payment may be:

Canceled without notice
-
Removed from the guest list
-
Reopened for public sale

6. No Refunds for Rule Violations
No refunds will be given if a guest is removed or denied entry for:

Lack of valid ID (21+ only)
-
Disorderly or unsafe behavior
-
Violation of event rules
-
Possession of prohibited items
-
Misuse of cannabis or alcohol

7. Third-Party Fees
Service fees charged by payment processors or Wix may be non-refundable, even in the event of organizer-approved refunds.
